The hotel is situated in a great location and is easily accessible to the main attractions. The room was clean and very comfortable. One of the nicest things was the complimentary breakfast and the lovely view from the breakfast room.

The staff at the hotel did not seem to be organized, and we had a hard time getting our reservation sorted out. We were very disappointed to find out that we had to pay extra for basic amenities, such as clean bedding and toiletries. Additionally, the cleanliness of the bathroom left a lot to be desired. it was a mixed experience and much needs to be improved.
